Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus are complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Once you pay the amount, you will receive confirmation mail of your email. All sales are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the invoice number or customer account no. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a service has not delivered within 24-48 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on hello@erpanalytica.com or call us Customer Support: 9690061234

We request you to include in the email the following details - Invoice No, Service Details, and Customer ID and payment details. Transaction date and shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the service then you will be refunded the money within 10-15 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. In case you have made a repeat payment, please write to us at hello@erpanalytica.com with both the invoices and

we shall initiate a refund for one of the payments within 10 to 15 working days.

We use a secured and trusted payment gateway for all credit card & banking transactions that protects the credit card & banking information of our clients.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects within 20 business days and request a refund from us.

In Second Case - If you cancelled within 48 hours of a purchase (during the trial period) it is likely that the transaction was canceled before the funds settled. If this is the case, instead of receiving a refund, the original charge(s) will drop away from your account within 15-20 business days.
